Found a very nice feature article on legendary chef Martin Yan entitled “Yan Still Can” by Associated Press writer Michelle Locke. Get this though. It’s Yan’s 30th year on television. Huh? No way. Yes way!

And he shows zero signs of slowing down. Besides his new television series on PBS, Martin Yan’s China which began airing in Janaury, he also opened a new restaurant in San Diego just over a week ago.
