If you don't get it by now, simple. Don't read the review or look at the video if you haven't already seen the show last Sunday. If you're waiting to watch one of the catch up repeats during the week, don't click. With that said, here's my review for the seventh episode of Next Food Network Star.
Another enjoyable episode. And wow -- I'm in near shock -- they actually gave the for remaining contestants, Kelsey, Adam, Lisa and Aaron, and entire 75 minutes to cook. Long overdue giving them some actual time (beyond 30-40 minutes) to cook ... {More...}

TV Chefs Blog: Knowing there's a good four to six month lag between when things are filmed and then shown on the air, what have you been doing since you were eliminated?
Shane Lyons: I have moved back to Colorado Springs to spend a few months living with my pops and cook at a great French/Mediterranean fusion restaurant. I left home at twelve to go film "All That" in Los ... {More...}

Spoiler warning of the week: Here's the review for the sixth episode of Next Food Network Star, but first the recap video, followed by my commentary ... so if you didn't catch it Sunday night and are planning to watch it during one of the repeats this week, don't click and don't read, silly! Otherwise, enjoy.
Wow. Flip, flip, flip. This show did a 180. And yes, that was a good thing. Especially how last week's show annoyed me. Whereas last night, not only did all the little annoying things go away (at least for ... {More...}
