Tonight's the night. Top Chef finale. I wrote previously and erroneously that it was going to go down to four then two off, and tonight would be two left. That was based on the first two seasons of Top Chef. When last year (season three) there were three who went to the finals, I thought it was an unusual tie. Ooops. Pack Your Knives and ... Enter. Broadcasting & Cable has the scoop on the mega-blitz Bravo is launching to capitalize on all things Top Chef:
Bravo Media is striking new partnerships to sell everything from cruises to cookbooks tied to its shows, in an effort to take its brand name beyond television. The deals, which include a Top Chef cruise, calendar and cooking class. For "Chef", the network will launch a 20-city mobile tour with an 18-wheel semi-truck branded with show graphics and staffed with former contestants. Over the past two days, our favorite three food reality shows were on ... Hell's Kitchen, Last Restaurant Standing and Top Chef ... so let's check each one out and see what happened.
Hell's Kitchen
Took long enough to kill Craig! Whew, finally! Yeah, I noticed the over-tanning myself on last night's episode. That's what happens when you have a Brit in California. hehe
I do think Ben might be correct though. Seems Ramsay is out for him, and Ben is no better and no worse than most of the others. Matt on the other hand is definitely destined to go in the ... {More...}
