  • Last Season’s ‘Top Chef’ Winner Hung takes on Kosher Cooking

    Hung Huynh, winner of last year’s third season of Top Chef, has been named Executive Chef of Solo, a Mediterranean-Asian fusion kosher restaurant in Manhattan, located inside the Sony building at 55th & Madison. Huynh, born in Vietnam, studied Asian and French cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America. According to the Forward, Huynh will begin his new position at Solo on March 2 and will continue at the restaurant through early April.

      Thanks for catching our post! I can’t wait to eat at Solo. It is a great restaurant and will only get better with the addition on Huynh.
